People Search allows you to search for people you want to have meaningful conversations with by using the different filters on the left side of the tool to narrow down your results to those that matter the most to you. Our filter options range from pick lists to open text search fields, giving you the flexibility you need to find the right personas.
Entering Search Criteria: Depending on the search criteria, our filters include open text fields, pick lists or a text field that brings you to predefined results based on what you enter. To remove search criteria simply click the 'X' for the filter you want to remove. If you want to remove your entire search string click 'Clear'.
Not only do contact cards provide the necessary contact information to get a hold of your prospect, but they also include detailed information about the person and the company that they work for.
When search results come back, you'll see the view of all contacts that fit your search requirements. The card shows what type up contact information we have (Direct Phone, HQ Phone, and/or Email) as well as a glimpse into the company.
Next to each contact, AroundDeal will indicate what contact details are going to be revealed to you. This is marked by the “phone” and “email" data point tags.
Clicking on “Add to List” will reveal the contact details of the desired contact and save to a list on AroundDeal, which will help you organize them with our internal list tool and allow you to later export to a CSV file.
Reveal 1 contact will cost 1 credit. One credit is needed to reveal all the data that is associated with a contact.
You can also bulk reveal up to 500 contacts by clicking on the “Select” button at the top of the people page.
This will select all of the contacts on the page that you are on. You won’t be charged a credit for contacts you have already added.
If you are not interested in seeing the results of contacts from the EU, go to your Account. Continue to the Account Settings tab, and toggle the Hide EU contact filter on. This will not display the results of people from the EU on your search results.
When this toggle is on, when you search for people from the EU, AroundDeal will not display them.
Company Search allows you to identify new companies in your target market. Our filter options range from pick lists to open text search fields, giving you the flexibility you need to find the right companies to go after. Once you've identified the right companies you can easily find all of the contacts AroundDeal has information on so you can start reaching out to decision makers.

Company cards provide the necessary information to understand if a company is located in your target market and a good fit for your products and/or services.
When search results come back, you'll see the card view of all companies that fit your search requirements. The card view shows the beginning of the company description, industries, employees, HQ, and the company website.
To see company profile, simply click the company name. You'll see more firmographic information : Overview, Founded Year, Location, Speciality, People and Similiar Companies.
Clicking on “Add to List” will save the company to a list on AroundDeal, which will help you organize them with our internal list tool and allow you to later export to a CSV file.
Add 1 company will cost 1 credit.
You can also bulk add up to 10 companies by clicking on the “Select” button at the top of the company page. This will select all of the companies on the page that you are on. You won’t be charged a credit for companies you have already added.
To find contacts at individual companies, simply select the companies that you want to find contacts at and select the 'Find Contacts' button in the top navigation bar.
Saved Search allows you to save the search criteria used to build your list. If you are often searching using the same criteria, this will help you save time in your day. You can use this functionality in People Search & Company Search.
Note: saving searches does not save the search results just the search criteria that have been applied.
1. Enter your search criteria using the filter options in Open Search
2. Once you have entered all of your desired criteria, click Save Search, located above the search panel to the left of your number of results.
3. Enter a name for the search and include an optional description.
From Open Search:
1. Click Open Search & select Saved Searches
2. Click on the name of the saved search you would like to open, and the respective filters will be applied to your results automatically
From Open Search:
Navigate to Open Search and select Saved Searches
Click the 3 horizontal dots and select 'Delete'
In AroundDeal, you can upload a list of domains or company names and receive a list of contacts using Bulk Domain Search. Here are the instructions on how to search for contacts in bulk:
1. Choose the Bulks option and create a new bulk.
2. Upload a list of domains or companies.
To use the Bulk Finder, you will need to have a list of domain names or company names ready. This list can be in a file (CSV), or you can simply copy and paste your list directly into AroundDeal.
Enter a unique name for your bulk task, and select your type of input. If your file contains website URLs, select Domain names.
Select the type of input (Domain names or Company names) and choose the file with the list of domain or company names to upload. Here’s an example of the uploaded file.
Your file should be in a CSV format and should not exceed 20MB.
Alternatively, you can also copy and paste a list of domains or companies in the text area:
Please note that AroundDeal can process 50 prospects per domain and up to 10,000 prospects per task.
3. Choose one of the following search options to set up the necessary parameters:
·Filter by title
·Filter by function and job level
If you choose the ’Filter by title’ option, you will receive a list of prospects that contain words indicated in the position title. If the position consists of 2 or more words, search results will be split. For example, searching for the position of Sales Manager, you will get separate results for Manager and Sales.
This will cost 1 credits per prospect searched, no matter how many email addresses we find.
You can also decide how many prospect you want to receive from each domain, with a maximum of 50 contacts per domain. And pick the country you want to receive.
If you need more prospect data, choose the second option — Filter by function and job level.
You will get more results by this option, and this contains roughly 5% of errors.
In this case, you will receive the results for the indicated job level only (for example, if you want to find people with the CEO job level, this setting will help you filter out the unnecessary results like CEO’s assistant or CEO-partner).
This will cost 1 credits per prospect searched, no matter how many email addresses we find.
You can also decide how many prospect you want to receive from each domain, with a maximum of 50 contacts per domain. And pick the country you want to receive.
Any prospects, that you've previously added (viewed contact info) will be excluded from the generated list.
4. When your search is complete, you can add the results to your list.
We will show you how many credits you will be charged before adding the selected prospects to your list. You can confirm this action by choosing Yes or dismiss it by pressing Cancel. You will be charged only after you confirm adding the found prospects to a people list.
Marketing teams and sales managers with large lists of contacts need the ability to easily keep them up to date for effective segmentation and targeted engagement.
AroundDeal’s Enrichment feature allows you to add available contact from AroundDeal’s database directly to a CSV file. This is a great way to leverage the vast amount of data available in AroundDeal in other systems that you use every day, but have not directly integrated with AroundDeal.
CSV Enrichment works for both people and companies.
1. Navigate to the Enrich section.
2. Click ‘create’
3. In the new modal, click Edit Settings in the "Enrich People" section to configure the default demographic fields provided in the CSV file that you want to enrich.
In the "Contact CSV Enrichment Settings" modal, click the checkbox next to any field to disable it and click it again to re-enable it. By default, all fields are enabled.
When you're finished, click Save Settings.
4. Click Select CSV in the "Enrich People" section to upload a CSV from your computer.
If you have uploaded the wrong CSV file in error or if you need to swap in a different file, click the Reupload CSV button and select the correct file.
5. In order to map "AroundDeal Fields" to the columns in your CSV, you must manually map the required "CSV Column Headers" listed in the warning message the top of the screen.
Map all of the items in at least one of the following groups:
To do this, select the appropriate "CSV Column Header" from the dropdown for each of the required fields.
When you are finished mapping the required and optional "CSV Column Headers" to their corresponding "AroundDeal Field," click the Start button.
6. Check Enrichment Process and Download Results
Once your task starts, you can check the progress of the upload on the Enrichment screen. When your search is complete, you can download the results.
We will show you how many credits you will be charged before downloading the results. You can confirm this action by choosing Yes or dismiss it by pressing Cancel. You will be charged only after you confirm downloading the list.
